About Molly Malone

From the moment of my first job, it was clear that I was some sort of an entrepreneur. Every job I had I was quickly escalated to a managerial role or nominated for leadership positions.

When obtaining my Bachelors of Arts in Photography I was interning alongside the incredible product photographer, David Morris, as his Marketing and Relationship Apprentice. It was then that the light bulb was illuminated – I was meant to support in the creative realm.

After 6 years of supporting small- business executives and growing my plethora of business acumen and creating systems, I finally felt like the time came to launch my best adventure – Assisting you, the creative, with your business dreams. Hat Rack was born.

I have handled some of the wildest tasks inside a wild array of deadlines and established even the most disorganized executives into structured superheroes.

A combination of project management, executive support, success planning, and client services built my last decade. As a wearer of many hats myself I know success comes with great support and practices.

You don’t need to be bogged down with the to-do(oom) list. Don’t fret when you are spinning your wheels on the unknown. I am here so we can work together to get you on the track that is needed for you, your art, and your businesses to succeed.
